You can join our online training and nutrition platform where you will have access to 8+ live in-person & online classes every week & all of our detailed nutrition modules. You will receive 1-1 tailored nutrition coaching & have fortnightly check-ins with your coach an be a part of an amazing community of people doing the same!
All Personal training packages come with bespoke nutrition guidance.
1 x 1hr sessions per week - £120 Monthly
2 x 1hr sessions per week - £200 Monthly
3 x 1hr sessions per week - £300 Monthly
Add-ons can be added for an additional £25 per session
Sessions are paid for at the above price every calendar month rather than in 4-weekly instalments. This allows for 2 weeks annual holidays for both the client and the trainer.
