Personal training & bespoke programming in-person at a fraction of the cost of 1 to 1!

• Our new PT4U small group personal training package is billed on a rolling contract at £199 per month.

• You'll get 3 x 1 hour sessions every week (booked via the app or website) which are held in a private studio with up to 3 other people.

• As well as your sessions you will have free access to all PT4U classes in-person and online as well as all hundreds of previously recorded classes!

• You'll be added to our private community Facebook group where you'll find a huge array of fitness and nutrition content and resources as well as 50+ brand new friends!

• You'll be assigned your own online personal progress tracker unique to PT4U - This is a game changer!

• You'll have personal online nutrition reviews with your (qualified nutritionist) coach every 2 weeks.

• Current slots to choose from are Mon-Wed-Fri 6am/7am/9am/5pm subject to availability.
